Who is Habiba?

Habiba is a dynamic woman who has creatively tapped into the infinite supply of the Divine to cohesively develop the instruments housed in her temple.  Her debut album, Diamond Sapphire, has been the primary focus of 2008, in addition to working with Nhance Productions as a cast member of the stage play, “The Mannequin.”   Habiba has just completed work as an actress on the film, “Wanga Woman” and has been in numerous productions ranging from stage plays to independent film projects.  Essentially, the strength, power and will needed to maintain serenity as an authentic artist is very apparent in Habiba’s performance.  Her radiant light is electrifying, breathtaking and she has proven to have one of the greatest voices of all time.  As noted by her fans, material on Habiba’s upcoming album represents a breath of fresh air that will raise your vibration.   She has been gifted with a beautiful voice that exudes balance and control.  In addition, anyone who has witness her performance will agree that Habiba's charisma is relatable to a broad demographic because of her style, eclectic vibe, and positive attitude.  This is an amazing time in Habiba's life because she is surrounded by a team who works behind the scenes to help her dreams take root and spring upward into a gorgeous, delicious garden.  Habiba credits her project successes to faith in the Divine, perseverance, determination and a strong will to push through circumstances to see goals through to fruition.

For several years, Habiba was the lead vocalist for the band, BG Entertainment, and performed at many different venues in Atlanta.  With this exposure, Habiba became knowledgeable about the business side of the music industry and has overcome the challenges that prevent great talent from reaching their targeted fan base with success.  Just recently, Habiba decided to work on her solo project, Diamond Sapphire and utilizes all the growth opportunities of the past to make a difference in the lives of others, both musically and socially within the community.   When writing music, Habiba allows the lyrics to flow from her at a rhythm that is not rushed or sample from an outside source.  She does not interrupt the creational process with limited thinking or fear of failure.  She continues to strive forward to reach the top and shows not signs of giving up.  The world is truly blessed to have this magnificent woman tell her story to all who have ears to hear.
